Detlev Schöttker was Visiting Professor at UFF in August 2011. The video presented here is a part of a series of lectures on Walter Benjamin’s work. Prof. Schöttker visit was possible thanks to DAAD and the group of Professors for German Language and Literature at UFF, especially Prof. Susana Kampf Lages, who was the respondent of the lecture contained in this video. Detlev Schöttker is currently a Prof. Dr. für neuere deutsche Literatur at the University of Viena. He published several works on Benjamin and E. Jünger, and edited the new critic edition of Benjamin’s EINBAHNSTRASSE for Suhrkamp Verlag.
